Company Policies

Contact policies: Your primary contact person for Six Figure Author Coach is Rebecca Hamiltom who is available from 10am to 4pm EST Monday through Friday. Rebecca Hamilton communicates by email, live chat, and ticket support only. Please do not call, text, Facebook message, or us other means to communicate. 

Email policies: Please allow up to 48 business hours for a response by email, although Six Figure Author Coach strives to respond sooner. Please include all inquiries in a single email, rather than piecemeal, to allow for timely and efficient responses. 

Call Cancellations: Please provide 24 hours’ notice if you must cancel or reschedule a call. You may forfeit your call if less notice is provided. 

Time Off Policy: Six Figure Author Coach is closed on weekends and federal and state holidays. From time to time, you will be notified of additional days off. 

Billing: You will be billed automatically every 30 days (or the nearest weekday) for recurring charges. We will attempt to charge a declined card every two days for up to ten days. 

Billing Disputes: In the unlikely event of a disagreement between us regarding your services or deliverables, you agree to make a good faith attempt for 30 days to communicate with Six Figure Author Coach prior to initiating a chargeback. 

One-on-one Coaching:

Sessions will be held by Facebook Group once per week. These are not live sessions. You have five days to respond to a previous week’s task to receive feedback on that task at the following check in.

One-on-One Coaching provides 40 weekly check ins. If these check ins are not used within 50 weeks, it is forfeited. Time where your coach is not available to check in with you for that week will not count toward your 50 weeks of check ins.
